Secure Innovations and Concepts Inc (SI&C) began operations in 1995 as TOPGUN Security Services (TSS) providing security services, electronic device maintenance and service, firearm services and ammunition manufacturing.
In 2003 TSS became TOPGUN Aviation Security Services (TASS) to provide airline security services to Air Transat, a Canadian Airline. In 2004 TASS was retained at the recommendation of a US Federal Agency to audit the Securicor Aviation team which provided security services to North American Airlines.

TASS was subsequently awarded a contract to supervise and implement effective  security services to the airline that year and successfully provided that service until the airline ceased operations to Guyana in 2008. TASS also won contracts to provide security for LIAT Airlines, Sky Service Airlines, Caribbean Airlines, Caribbean Airlines Freighter service, Amerijet Airlines - Total Air Cargo, Guyana Airways 2000, BWIA, ZOOM Airlines, Delta Airlines, Travel Span Airlines, and EOS Airlines.


In 2008 TASS Became Secure Innovations and Concepts Inc. and continues to provide airline security services. It also added Electronic and CCTV Installations, personal protection, vehicle escort, and electronic surveillance services. 

The Company is headed by Mr Harold Hopkinson and operates at the Cheddi Jagan International Airport. Its senior staff has been trained in the United States of America by the Department Of Defense, Department of Customs and Border Patrol. All staff is trained locally by the Caribbean Airlines Training Unit, Longport Aviation, CAL Training Unit, US Department of State and the Canadian Immigration Control.

The Company enjoys excellent relations with the following agencies, the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority, Canadian Immigration Control, the Guyana Police Force, Guyana Defense Force, the Guyana Revenue Authority, Ministry of Home Affairs, the US State Department, the US Customs, FBI, DEA, US Department of Justice, TSA, Dept of Homeland Security, and IATA.
